Scope of Tender

- The Employer, as indicated in the Special Instructions to Tenderers (SIT), issues this Tender Document for the procurement of Works and Related Services incidental thereto as specified in the SIT and as detailed in Section 6: Bill of Quantities. The name of the Tender and the number and identification of its constituent lot(s) are stated in the SIT.
- The successful Tenderer will be required to complete the Works by the Intended Completion Date specified in the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).
- Throughout this Tender Document:
- the term "in writing" means communicated in written form with proof of receipt;
- if the context so requires, singular means plural and vice versa; and
- "day" means calendar day.
