Objective
- This Notice of invitation to tender follows the General Public Procurement Notice and the PPM approved by the Departmental Commission of the Ministry of Petroleum, Mines and Energy and the CNCMP in 2020.
- The Mauritanian Gas Company – SOMAGAZ has obtained budget lines within the framework of its investment budget, in order to finance the acquisition and maintenance of the bottles, and intends to use part of these funds to carry out payments under the Contract for the supply of 50,000 bottles for domestic use for butane gas.
- The Mauritanian Gas Company – SOMAGAZ solicits closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to supply 50,000 new LPG bottles, of type B03 (2.75 kg), B06V (6 kg) to Valves, B12 (12.5 kg) in the following proportions:

- 25,000 B03
- 15,000 B06V
- 10,000 B12
The amounts of the offers must be expressed without tax, CIP SOMAGAZ, Nouakchott, Mauritania.
- The procurement will be conducted by International Call for Tenders as defined in the Public Procurement Code, and open to all eligible candidates.

Financial capacity

- To have achieved an average annual turnover in the last three years at least, equal at 30,000,000 MRU.
- Availability of a credit line equal to 15,000,000 MRU
Technical capacity
Have completed three similar contracts in kind and in volume over the past five years:

- Have ISO 9001: 2008 certification, or equivalent for quality system management.
- Have ISO 14001: 2004 certification, or equivalent for environmental management.
- Have ISO 4706: 2008 certification, or equivalent: Manufacture of refillable welded gas cylinders.
- Have the certification according to the European directive 1999/36 / CE relating to devices under TPED: Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive, or equivalent.
Applicants must provide written proof that the bottles they offer are manufactured in accordance with EN 1442 or equivalent.
