Properties Selling Plans
Real estate sellers are mainly Property Owners and Real Estate Developers, who engage real estate Agents, Realtors and Brokers to help them sell their properties fast and at the best deals. These sellers are divided into three different selling plans (individual sellers, SMEs and Enterprises). The real estate selling plans (registration membership and listing selling plan for building products) consist of: 1) €69 for a 3-month listing; 2) €99 for a 6-month listing; and 3) €139 for a 12-month listing. No commision or referral if the Property Owner may decide to sell alone without appointing any agent or the platform. Otherwise, a commission or referral fee of 3.5-10% shall be collected in accordance with the rules and regulations of every country.

Building products selling plans
Selling on mdaglobalrealestate.com platform is easy, simple and highly effective. The platform has three different selling plans (Individuals, SMEs and Large Enterprises). No matter how many items you sell, the membership selling plans for building products (decoration products and building materials & equipment) consist of: 1) €0.90/Item for Individuals Selling Plan; 2) €199/yr. for SMEs Selling Plan; and 3) €429/yr. for Large Enterprises Selling Plan. For each plan, the platform also collects a Referral Fee on each sale, representing 10-40% of the total transaction, depending on the product category and size. LISTING FEES AND COMMISSION
Listing properties for sale and for rent
Properties for sale and for rent are listed for on mdaicreal.com / mdaglobalrealestate.com platform for FREE, but every agent shall pay an annual membership fee shall be paid under the following terms and conditions.

- EUR 100/year for 20 listings per year.
- For more than 20 properties an annual additional fee of EUR 10 per property per year shall be paid.
Commission
Based on the real estate international laws, the commission on rented and sold or rented properties shall be paid as provided in the Sale Agrement or Rental Agreement. The commission shall always be equally share among the selected Agents on Buyer's side, seller's side and the Broker, hereinafter referred to as mdaicreal.com / mdaglobalrealestate.com platform under the following conditions.

- 50% of the Total Commission for the Buyer's Agents, while the remaining 50% shall be paid to the Seller's Agents.
- Independent Buyer's Agent(s) (not member(s) of mdaicreal.com / mdaglobalrealestate.com platform) shall be entitled of 50% of the Total Commission, while the remaing 50% shall be equally shared between the mdaicreal's platform and its Agent (i.e. 25% for the platform and 25% for the agent) who sold the house, based on international real estate laws.
- MDAICReal, s.r.o. Global Platform is entitled of 25% of the Total Commission for any property listed and sold or rented by an agent of tmdaicreal.com / mdaglobalrealestate.com platform.
- In the case the Buyer's Agent and the Seller's Agent represent One (1), herein called Dual Agent, the the Total Commission shall be shared or distributed as follows: 70% for the Agent for the Agent and 30% for the Broker, herein called mdaicreal.com / mdaglobalrealestate.com platform.
