Description
The Jetty Facilities, located at Esuk Utan, NPA Port Side Industrial Estate, Calabar, Cross River State. The Total Capacity of the Jetty is 34,993,041l (34,993 MT), which is built on an area of land of 20,228.9 m². The products are loaded from the from Port located at a distance of 250-300m (See location map below). The Jetty was mainly used to store and distrubute the oil products imported by PPMC/NNPC, to Nigeria under contract.
This facility can also be developed to bankability as an Export-Import Centre or Commercial Centre between West Africa, EU and the global market.

Detailed Implementation Information of the Tank Farm
Under and by virtue of a Certificate Of Occupancy granted by the Governor of Cross River State and dated 23rd day of July, 2010 and registered as Number 95 at Page 95 in Volume 145 in the Office of the Lands Registry, Calabar, Cross River State ("the Certificate of Occupancy"), the Assignor was granted a Statutory Right of Occupancy over all that parcel of land measuring approximately 3.39 ha situate at the Portside Industrial Park, Calabar Municipality, Calabar, Cross River State of Nigeria and is more particularly delineated and shown verged red on Survey Plan No.CR/C. 966 and known as Plot No. LOT 6.
The Assignor later sub divided the Plot No. LOT 6 covered by the Certificate of Occupancy into AREA PARCEL "01" measuring approximately 20,228.931 m², AREA PARCEL "02" measuring approximately 9168.820 m², AREA PARCEL 03 measuring approximately 4,458.714 m² through Survey Plan No. AGV/CR/709/2015 drawn by Licensed Surveyor DR. NJAR G.N.
The Assignor assigned AREA PARCEL 02 and AREA PARCEL 03 (hereinafter called the Bitumen premises) of PLOT NO. LOT 6, Portside Industrial Park, Calabar Municipality, Cross River State, measuring approximately 13,627.533 m² to P.E BITUMEN LIMITED whilst retaining AREA PARCEL 01 measuring approximately 20,228.931 m².
The Assignor has agreed with the Assignee to assign all the unexpired residue of the Assignors rights, interests and title in the term granted by the Certificate of Occupancy over AREA PARCEL 01 (hereinafter called the demised premises) of PLOT NO. LOT 6, Portside Industrial Park, Calabar Municipality, Cross River State, measuring approximately 20,228.931.
The Assignor constructed a modern Petroleum Storage Facility of 4 vertical storage tanks, Loading Gantry of 3 Islands/6 Loading Bays, pumps, pipelines, depot automation, fire detection and fighting equipment/facilities, public power supply and standby electric generating sets, administrative buildings (hereinafter called facilities)
